Holiday Fat Blaster & Healthy Holiday Snack

Perfect combination of a yummy crunch from the cereal with a delicious chocolate flavor and a slight tartness from the dried cranberries. Makes about 16 balls.

Ingredients

  • 12-14 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
  • ½ cup brown rice cereal (I used chocolate koala crisp from Nature's Path Envirokidz.)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life semi-sweet chocolate mini chips.)
