Vegan Chocolate Balls

A classic “Fika” in Sweden have to contain the super popular sweet treat Chocolate balls, and you can find these goodies in most bakeries across Sweden. This light version of Vegan Chocolate Balls is a super easy, no-cook, vegan recipe and made with better ingredients but taste just as good as the original version. Great to make with kids too.

I roll these balls in mixed pistachios, but you can roll them in sprinkles, coconut flakes, melted chocolate too or not roll them in anything at all.

I use my Easy Vegan Nutella in this recipe but you can use any vegan nut butter that you prefer, for instans peanut butter or almond butter. Do you want to know how I make my Vegan Nutella click here.

1 1/2 dl Coconut Sugar 2/3 cup

5 dl Rolled Oats I used gluten free, 2 cups

1/2 dl Cocoa 1/4 cup

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Powder

1 pinch Salt

3 tablespoons Espresso Coffee

100 g coconut oil 4 oz

20 teaspoons Easy Vegan Nutella

Mixed Pistachios for coating
