It’s spring! The air is fresh, the sun is out, a time to sit out on the balcony with a glass of something cold in your hand. As winter turns to spring my taste tend to reflect the change in seasons. When it comes to drinks, I desire lighter cocktails with fresh ingredients, including herbs, like this Cucumber Breeze cocktail.
I got this recipe from Leilas Superfood (link here) but I spiced it with a little bit of gin. If you want a nonalcoholic version you can just skip the gin.

1 dl Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
1 dl Lime Juice 1/2 cup
