Gluten free Chocolate Shortcrust Pastry

75 g Cold Butter 3 oz

1 1/2 dl rice flour 2/3 cup

1/2 dl Corn Flour 1/4 cup

1/2 dl Corn Starch 1/4 cup

50 g Icing Sugar 2 oz

1 pinch Salt

1/2 Egg

2 tablespoons Cocoa

Rhubarb Frangipane

100 g Rhubarb 4 oz

100 g Almond Flour 4 oz

100 g Sugar 4 oz

100 g Butter, room temperatured 4 oz

1 Egg

2 tablespoons Amaretto

4 large Rhubarb Stalks

2 dl Sugar 1 cup

2 Gelatin Leafs

4 dl Double Cream 1 3/4 cup

  • 100 g Butter, room temperatured 4 oz
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Amaretto
  • 4 large Rhubarb Stalks
