Coffee Ganache with Nutella Mousse
100 g Peanuts, roasted and salted 4 oz
100 g Sugar 4 oz
30 g Butter 1 oz
200 g Dark Chocolate 7 oz
1 dl Double Cream 1/2 cup
15 g Glucose Syrup 1/2 oz
2 tablespoons Espresso
1 dl Nutella 1/2 cup
3 dl Double Cream 1 1/4 cup
- 100 g Peanuts, roasted and salted 4 oz
- 2 tablespoons Espresso
