Up for something sweet?

There are a billion ways to make a chocolate mousse but this, with a homemade caramel, is definitely my favorite. If I could give this recipe 20 million stars, I would. It´s so incredibly fluffy, creamy and light, all at the same time. Just how I want my mousse to be. Serve it in beautiful glasses and it tastes even better.

It´s the middle of the week and a very good time to try out this tasty treat. It’s perfect if you’re into chocolate, and let’s face it, who isn’t? You will never make a different kind of chocolate mousse.

1 can sweetened condensed milk

Chocolate Mousse

2 dl Double Cream 3/4 cup

120 g Dark Chocolate 8 oz

1 dl Double Cream 1/2 cup

4 Egg Yolks

1/2 dl Water 1/4 cup

1/2 dl Sugar 1/4 cup

Garnish

unsalted Cashew Nuts
