  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1½ cups Zucchini, grated
  • ½ cup (1 stick) Salted Butter, softened
  • ½ cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Shortening
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4-6 tablespoons very cold milk
  • 8-9 cups Powdered Sugar
  • ⅓ cup caramel ice cream topping, slightly warmed
