  • 3 Russet Potatoes, rinsed and peeled
  • Enough Vegetable Oil for frying - see instructions
  • 2 teaspoons of Sumac, or to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Parsley, chopped
  • ⅓ cup of Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of BBQ Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon of Red Chili Flakes, or to taste
  • ½ cup of Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
