Ingredients

  • 4 c fresh tomatoes, halved and seeded
  • 1 t canola oil
  • 1 T fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ c yellow onion, diced
  • 1 T fresh jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed, minced
  • ½ t olive oil
  • ½ t fresh lime juice
  • ⅛ t salt (plus more to taste)
