not only are crepes my all time favorite breakfast, they make a delicious dessert too

tiramisu crepes

crepes are one of those things that I could eat morning, noon, and night and never get bored

sweet or savory it doesn’t really matter

we usually have them for breakfast with fresh fruit or syrup

sometimes both

but I also love them filled with cheese and any leftover meat and veggies we have in the fridge

the kids will even grab one to snack on completely plain

but these tiramisu crepes are my new favorite way to enjoy them


  • for the crepes -
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • for the filling -
  • 8 ounces mascarpone
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • topping -
  • whipped cream
  • cocoa powder
