Vegetarian Lasagne

We {more like me} are in a holiday frenzy.  With one birthday down, it’s now time to step it up.  I have most of my shopping done, but there is not a decoration in site.  We don’t even have a wreath on our door yet.

We’re all headed out of town this weekend {albeit in different directions} so I’m trying to see how much I can squeeze into the next 48 hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Barilla Oven -Ready lasagne
  • 2 jars of Barilla Tomato basil Sauce
  • 1 8 oz ball of fresh mozzarella {sliced}
  • 3 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 cups of baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes {hallved}
  • 1 bunch of basil {chopped for garnish}
