  • The holidays are here,
  • and while excited, I am am feeling just a tad
  • overwhelmed.
  • There’s shopping, wrapping, baking,
  • decorating, card writing, and meal planning.
  • On top of that Stella’s birthday is two weeks before Christmas,
  • and Charlie’s is two weeks after.
  • Throw in a couple school projects, 3 b ball games a week, and a choir performance,
  • and I’m beginning to feel like the Grinch.
  • There just doesn’t seem to be enough time to get it all done.
  • To help with a few of my mommy chores, I look for recipes that multi-task.
  • dinners that provide leftovers for lunch
  • granola that is great for breakfast or lunch
  • and this banana bread
  • it is great toasted for breakfast
  • the kids love it in their lunch boxes for a snack,
  • and the caramelized bananas with brown butter glaze make it work even for dessert
  • Enjoy!
