Wait. Thanksgiving is over? AND IT’S ALMOST 2013?!
Man, do I have a lot of catching up to do!
The whole power outage thing + the holidays has totally thrown me and my schedule for a loop. I don’t know what day it is. I don’t remember when the new year starts. Where am I?
The good news is that I have found a totally legit and super easy way to celebrate Thanksgiving all year round, and it’s literally two ingredients (well, two plus buns & your favorite toppings). I don’t know about y’all, but when it comes to weeknight dinners the simpler the better is what flies in this house. And these burgers could not be any simpler.
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1-1/2 cups prepared stuffing (I used a box stuffing for this one!)
- your favorite burger toppings/Thanksgiving sides: cranberry sauce, lettuce, mustard/mayo, spinach, pickles, whatever!
