  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped kale (purple or green)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
