Monday: A perfect autumn dish to start off the week, my Vegan Slow Cooker Curry Pot Pie Topped with Whole Wheat Biscuits just screams fall. Make it creepy for Halloween by using pumpkin or skull cookie cutters for the tiny biscuits.
Tuesday: Serve this Slow Cooker Vegan Bolognese over your favorite fresh whole grain or over pasta. Make it spooky by using dark pumpernickel toast cut out in cat and bat shapes or get some Halloween-themed pasta.
