It was a busy year.
I’ve used sweet potatoes as a base for tortilla chips, blended cauliflower as a cream for chicken pot pies, created crepes with just coconut flour and cacao powder, made chocolate pecan pie out of zucchini and potato salad with absolutely no potatoes at all.
