Happy Monday, everyone! The lemon obsession continues. In the last month I’ve posted recipes for Vegan Lemon Blueberry Scones , Lemony Lentil Salad , Lemony Snack Bars , and now Lemon-Lime Hummus. I just can’t stop.
When I saw a recipe for a lemon-lime hummus, I knew I had to try it. I imagined how nicely the bright flavors of lemon and lime would blend with the creamy chickpeas, tahini, and garlic.
The results did not disappoint. The lemon and lime juice in this recipe give traditional hummus a unique spin. It tastes fresh and light and makes this a perfect spring-time hummus. This might actually be my new favorite hummus flavor.
