Ingredients

  • 1 lb. campanelle pasta
  • 15 oz. whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cups jarred sauce, reserve some to serve with lasagna
