These Vanilla and Chocolate Protein Popsicles taste like a decadent summer treat with those delicious vanilla and chocolate swirled layers, but they have no added sugar, they are vegan and gluten free, and loaded with protein! These popsicles are a snacking-must, this summer!

Frozen treats are a frozen necessity for me, come summer. I’m not one for hot weather, and I’ll go through several popsicles a day if I can. So I wanted to make popsicles that felt and tasted like a sweet summer treat, but were also healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana (or ⅓ cup coconut yogurt)
  • 2 - 3 dates
