I don’t know about you, but I definitely feel as though I’ve eaten my weight in cookies these last couple weeks, and while I don’t regret a single crumb, my stomach is begging me for greens. After an apparent healthy foods hiatus induced by the holidays, and our recent carb-fests, I made my first smoothie of the new year yesterday, and it was green.
