There is a good reason to drink a glass of low-fat * milk* . A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition summed up the results of a 2-year research on how individuals who drink milk regularly lose weight.

Scientists discovered that adults who drank two glasses of milk every day and had a high content of Vitamin D dropped excessive weight faster as compared to those who didn’t drink milk. During a 6-month diet they lost 12 pounds on the average and were able to maintain healthy weight better.
