  • 3 Tbsp Earth Balance Buttery Stick
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed meal + 4 Tbsp water
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
