  • ½ shortening (Spectrum Organic Shortening)
  • ¾ cup Garbanzo Fava Flour or brown rice flour
  • ¾ cup Gf Sweet White Sorghum Flour
  • ¼ cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • ½ tsp GF baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Ener-G Egg Replacer
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 2/3 cup molasses
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
