Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Garbanzo Bean Flour
  • 15 ounce can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
  • 1½ lbs small yellow potatoes, bite size pieces
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • Fine sea salt
