Ingredients

  • 13.25 ounces multi-grain spaghetti
  • 15 ounce can white kidney beans (cannellini) or 1½ cups cooked, rinsed and drained
  • 1¼ cups marinated artichokes, drained
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp Large Flake Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp parley, fresh or dried
  • Pecorino Romano cheese, finely grated, if desired
