Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups warm water (80°F)
  • 2½ Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2½ Tbsp molasses
  • 1½ tsp kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp dry milk (or favorite dry non-dairy milk for vegan)
  • 3¾ cups white whole wheat flour
  • 2½ Tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten Flour
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
