Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra-firm tofu, drained well
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes (2 Tbsp powdered)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped (frozen is fine)
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and finely shredded (about ½ cup)
  • 1 Tbsp lower sodium soy sauce
