Breakfast with Silk Yogurt Alternative
I’ve been in the dairy free world now for the past four years and I must say that I have had my share of not-so-tasty dairy alternative foods. Which is probably why I’ve always been wary of nondairy yogurt. I actually gave up on it because it was a lost cause to me. In my opinion dairy free yogurt has always lacked two important factors:
Texture. It’s usually not thick at all, in fact more like a runny texture.
Flavor. It just lacks. I don’t like that gross aftertaste of coconut, soy, or even almond.
