You guys. We’re makin’ NACHOS (I hope you read that like donkey says “waffles” in “Shrek.” It’s infinitely funnier that way.)
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
- 2 Large eggs
- 1-2 Tbsp water (optional, for fluffier eggs)
- 2 Strips Turkey Bacon
- 1 Tbsp Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Salsa of choice
- 1 Small tomato, diced
- 1/2 a Small avocado, diced
- Sliced green onion, for garnish
- Cilantro, for garnish
