  • 4 cups arugula

  • 2 tablespoons honey, divided
  • 1 star anise
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • kosher salt
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons reserved pickling vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
