Ingredients

  • 7 to 8 large Or medium sized carrots (peeled and grated)
  • 4 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • 400 gm sweetened milk (I used Nestle Milkmaid)
  • 1 t/s cardamom powder
  • ½ cup raisins chopped
  • 50 gms almond blanched and chopped
  • 50 gms cashewnuts blanched and chopped
  • 50 gms pistachios blanched and chopped
  • ½ cup mawa (evaporated milk)
  • 1 cup milk
  • a pinch of salt
