Green Hummus is a blend of chickpeas, spinach, herbs, and lemon juice for the healthiest, freshest tasting hummus ever!

Ingredients

  • (1) 15 ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup Italian flat leaf parsley leaves, stems removed
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves, stems removed
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (optional)
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
