Pumpkin Spice Whoopie Pies with Vanilla Cream Cheese Filling

15 oz all purpose flour (3 cups)

3/4 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp ground real cinnamon

1 tbsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp ground allspice

3 cups pumpkin puree, chilled (I did canned, but up to you)

13 oz dark brown sugar (2 cups, packed)

1 cup vegetable oil

2 extra large eggs, beaten

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the vanilla cream cheese filling:

3 cups confectioner's sugar

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
