serves 3-4 (I like to serve 3 to 4 shrimp per person)
1 1/2 pound of jumbo shrimp (these are 8 per pound)
Mix together the lemon juice, basil, garlic, dijon, mustard, salt and pepper.
Add peeled shrimp. Marinate for an hour or more (if you have time). Drizzle the corn and asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper just before grilling.
This a fantastic departure from the typical burgers and brats we often turn to when grilling out. It is easy to prepare, the ingredients are simple, and being that the main course contains giant shrimp... it is special, too.
