Ingredients

  • ½ kg fresh ripe tomatoes, halved
  • 2 onions minced
  • 1 carrot diced finely
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 stick celery, finely chopped
  • 100 grams fresh prawn cut finely
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese for garnishing
  • Fresh basil leaf, shredded
