Ingredients

  • 1 gallon milk
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup lemon juice/or white vinegar,  - (more or less – to be adjusted as per need – keep adding the juice in little amounts until the milk solid starts to separate)
  • 10 cups water + more if needed
  • 3.5 – 4 cups sugar + 1/4 cup extra large grain sugar
  • orange extract/or saffron/or orange zest/ or cardamom or whatever flavor you want (Optional -
  • 1-2 tablespoon all purpose flour or fine semolina (optional) – to be used on the work surface*
