Ingredients

  • 14 oz paneer cubed (3 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 3 cloves
  • 1/2 small piece of cinnamon
  • 1 large red onion, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 3/4 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 large red or green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 large or 4 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cubed pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon dried methi or fenugreek leaves
  • Salt
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish
