Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups baby carrots, sliced into 4 vertically
  • 3/4 cup beans, chopped into 1″ pieces
  • a good splash of olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon harissa,
  • 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1.5 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • sea salt to taste
