  • 3 medium potatoes, diced to about 10-12 pieces -
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 big red tomato, grated -
  • 1.5 tablespoons ginger paste
  • 2 hot green peppers,
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 red dry chili,
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 small green cardamom
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
