  • 1 1/2 Cups GF flour blend (I like to use the following:) 3/4 Cup sorghum flour 3/4 Cup potato starch (may use tapioca starch)

  • 1/2 Cup orange juice
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup apple sauce
  • 1/2  Cup cocoa powder
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon xanthan  gum OR ground chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4  teaspoon sea salt
