Ingredients

  • 2 Cups broccoli florets
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 Cup potato starch (may replace with corn starch or arrowroot starch)
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Chipotle Hollandaise Sauce: 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 1/2 Cup non-dairy milk 1/4 Cup nutritional yeast flakes 3 Tablespoons silken tofu 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 teaspoons brown mustard 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder Sea salt & pepper, to taste Optional: 2 Tablespoons melted non-dairy butter spread
