Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
  • 3 Tablespoons sorghum flour (AP flour if you can tolerate gluten OR Matzah Meal)
  • 3 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 1 Tablespoon of apple (or pear) sauce
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Oil for frying
