What started out feeling like a cold blustery day in January turned into the most gorgeous cool, crisp summer day. It almost feels like fall outside and I’m actually about ready to head out for a run!

California weather never fails to befuddle me. How awesome is the word “befuddle” anyways?

For lunch today I made an egg salad sandwich with one hardboiled egg mixed with Athenos black peppercorn feta cheese, a spoonful of canola mayonnaise, a bit of dijon mustard and a pinch of pepper and sea salt.
