The Sinful Sub

The Sinful Sub

Yes, this is a sinful sub sandwich.

But it’s sinful in a good way. You know…bad meaning good.

Let me just go ahead and break this down for you:

Ham – This was some leftover Gourmet Kurabota Ham from Snake River Farms.

Banana Peppers

Caramelized Onions

Cabot Garlic and Herb Cheddar

Italian Dressing

Fresh Parsley

The vehicle for this hot mess is homemade French bread, which I added rosemary to. Homemade isn’t necessary, though, you could totally use storebought sub rolls, sandwich bread, etc. I happened to have a loaf leftover and it was a good fit.

  • This French Bread Recipe from Six Sisters' Stuff - of course any sub roll or bread will do if you choose not to make this.
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • Rosemary (dried will do)
  • Mayo
  • Italian dressing
  • Garlic Herb Cheddar Cheese
  • Thinly sliced turkey breast
  • Ham - I used leftovers from my Gourmet Kurabota Ham
  • Bacon
  • Caramelized onions
  • Fresh parsley
