Yes, this is a sinful sub sandwich.
But it’s sinful in a good way. You know…bad meaning good.
Let me just go ahead and break this down for you:
Ham – This was some leftover Gourmet Kurabota Ham from Snake River Farms.
Cabot Garlic and Herb Cheddar
The vehicle for this hot mess is homemade French bread, which I added rosemary to. Homemade isn’t necessary, though, you could totally use storebought sub rolls, sandwich bread, etc. I happened to have a loaf leftover and it was a good fit.
- This French Bread Recipe from Six Sisters' Stuff - of course any sub roll or bread will do if you choose not to make this.
- 1 egg, whisked
- Rosemary (dried will do)
- Italian dressing
- Garlic Herb Cheddar Cheese
- Thinly sliced turkey breast
- Ham - I used leftovers from my Gourmet Kurabota Ham
- Caramelized onions
- Fresh parsley
