This week's Diabetic Dish of the Week is -  Buffalo Turkey Tacos. Made with JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey but when I make my Turkey Tacos I always use Jennie - O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast. By using the Ground Turkey Breast you can cut out even more of the calories and carbs! Adding Hot Pepper Wing Sauce and the Blue Cheese Dressing will give you that Buffalo flavor.   • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
