When it comes to snacks, I know we can all use some quick and easy options.

So I’m excited to share this new video with you, featuring four of my favorite healthy snacks. They’re perfect for both kids and adults alike, and can be ready in no time. I hope you enjoy them!

Zucchini Roll-Ups. These roll-ups are a fun twist on traditional veggies and dip, and are still quick to prepare. Simply use a mandolin slicer to slice a zucchini lengthwise into paper-thin slices, then spread each slice with zucchini hummus, and roll them up into bite-sized rolls. The texture is amazing this way, and you can use any other dips or dressings you like to change-up the flavor. (Cucumber works well for this, too!)
