S'mores Donuts! A campfire favorite, turned into a decadent breakfast treat!

Glazed and ganached, with crushed graham crackers on top, and a marshmallow buttercream center, these S'mores Donuts are delicious and decadent.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Rhodes White Bread Frozen Dough, thawed and slightly risen (I leave mine covered in the fridge overnight and then let it sit on the counter for an hour or two in the morning.)
  • Canola or Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips (I use Guittard)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 rectangle graham crackers, crushed
