One Skillet Chicken Puttanesca

One Skillet Chicken Puttanesca

Chicken Puttanesca is a delicious and easy one-skillet meal. 30 minutes to make dinner? Yes, please! Especially, if it’s this flavorful! My mouth was watering while cooking and inhaling all the amazing Mediterranean flavors. Tomatoes, onions, California black olives, garlic, capers, fresh basil and white wine create a sauce that is not just good, but GREAT! My mother and gradnmother, who are visiting us this summer, smelled the food in the other room and came to see what is cooking in the kitchen. It was a compliment for me that they said it smelled delicious.
