White Cheddar Lobster Macaroni and Cheese

The creamy deliciousness of white cheddar mac n cheese combined with plenty of fresh lobster meat make this lobster mac over the top tasty!

One of the easiest and most insanely delicious meals you will ever make is this White Cheddar Lobster Macaroni and Cheese! So rich and flavorful with succulent tender pieces of lobster meat throughout the gooey, cheesy deliciousness of a stovetop mac n cheese! The cheese varieties can easily be changed up for personal preferences, but we used a creamy white cheddar combination of smoked white cheddar and white cheddar curds to compliment our perfect lobster mac. Yum!

What more needs to be said about anything as tantalizingly tasty as combining the most classic of comfort foods (mac n cheese) with the Cadillac of seafood (lobster)?! Not much, I’m sure

However, do remember that if you are swapping out cheeses based on personal preferences or availability, that quality does matter. If you use American cheese, I will show up and rap a wooden spoon on your knuckles…ok, not really! But, I recommend against it!

White Cheddar Lobster Macaroni and Cheese

Indulgent white cheddar mac and cheese to be served as the star for your main dish, or to compliment an amazing steak for a whole new level of ‘surf and turf’!

1 lb elbow macaroni ((cooked, drained, rinsed))

1/2 cup butter ((1 stick))

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp white ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup lobster stock
