This Quick Bread, or Kavring, as it's called in Swedish, is a dark rye bread, with a sweet flavour from dark corn syrup. You basically mix all ingredients quickly, pour it into a bread tin, bake it, and 1 hour later you've got yourself an amazing breakfast bread for a long, lazy, weekend breakfast:-) Cut thin slices and add your favourite toppings, like cream cheese, ham and sliced cucumber.
